Categories of Personally Identifiable Information that CIGR Collects
CIGR may collect information that you provide to CIGR in connection with your use of the Site when you: (A) place an order for any CIGR products, including premium cigars (the “Products”) through or on the Site; (B) provide CIGR any personal, contact, or other information about you (whether on the Site, via email, or otherwise); (C) send email messages, forms, or other information to CIGR or other users through the Site; or (D) interact with the Site. This information may include your first and last name, your address, email address, telephone number, payment information and any additional information you provide to CIGR during the purchase process service, via email, or via the Site. If you place an order on the Site, CIGR may collect additional information such as your billing address, shipping address, date of birth, date of order, and payment information.
CIGR may also collect certain technical information about your use of the Site. This technical information may include technical information about your device(s), browser type and version, geo-location information, computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Site, ad data, Wi-Fi connection information, IP address, and standard web log information
How CIGR Uses Your Personally Identifiable Information

Your information may also be disclosed to third parties in unforeseeable situations or situations that are not preventable even when commercially reasonably protections are employed, such as in the case that CIGR or the Site is subject to a hacking or other attack.
Do Not Track
You may be able to adjust your browser settings or other settings so that “do not track” requests are sent to the Site’s websites and mobile applications. CIGR will not disable tracking technology that may be active on the Site’s in response to any “do not track” requests that are sent to the Site.
CIGR takes reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to CIGR or submit through the Site against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. However, CIGR cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to CIGR or submit through the Site and you do so at your own risk.
Accessing, Changing and Managing Your Information.
Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents. Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, information related to the personal information disclosed by CIGR to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
